All photos and descriptions of products are taken from the manufacturer's website and we take
no responsibilities on any information what so ever stated or noted on (and even not noted on) any products on our website,
the customer is responsible to research their desired products and choose their products carefully.

Since most of our products are imported from outside Australia, the prices of the products may change due to
many factors, and we do not guarantee any products checked out on our website to be the final purchasing price. Any price
changes during the purchasing process will be notified by email to the customer and they will have their option to
go ahead or withdraw from the purchases.

All purchases (transactions) are final after payment has been made. Refunds and Returns are stated in the
next section of this page.

| Refund/Exchange and Returns |
We do not accept any refund, exchange and return requests(**exceptions apply). Please do note that there might be differences
between Japan Domestic cars to the cars in your country, and we do not accept any responsibilities if the parts do not fit on your car.
Customers are also advised to check the part number for each
item is correct as we will be ordering the desired products mostly by the part number.
** We will only accept
refund/exchange or return requests if and ONLY if:
1. The descriptions of the product(s) ordered differ from the actual product (ie if you have
ordered a temperature gauge but we have posted you a turbo gauge)
2. The product is damaged upon arrival or faulty (Please refer to 'Warranty of the Products/Damaged due to Transit' section)
In the above situations, you must notify us within 5 days upon retreival of the products.
The condition of the product must also remain 'acceptable' (Touge Tune has the right to determine the product's condition) in order to be refunded,
exchanged or returned. Other reasons what so ever are strictly not accepted for refund, return or exchange. Once again, please do your research and choose your desired products CAREFULLY. |

| Warranty of the Products/Damaged due to Transit |
1. If the product was damaged during the transit process, we will try our best to solve the issue for you as quickly
as possible.
2. Most of the products are covered by the factory warranty, the length of warranty varies. If the product becomes faulty during the warranty
period, we can send the products back to the manufacturer for a warranty repair at the COST of the CUSTOMER. (We will require the customer to pay for the freight costs upfront (to and from)
before we accept the warranty repair)
Please do note that the result of the warranty has nothing to do with Touge Tune Pty Ltd. If your product did not get repaired
for some reason (Eg. The manufacturer states that the product was not used in the proper way), we do not take any responsibilities and the freight costs will NOT be returned to the customer.
3. If the product was NOT installed by a professional, we may decline any warranty requests and will not accept any reasons. So please get the products installed by professionals.
4. We are not liable for any injuries caused to the installer for the products sold |

| Warranty of your Car/Insurance/Legal Liabilities on the Road |
1. All of the products we provided may void your vehicle's manufacturer warranty no matter the product was USED or was NOT USED in the proper way. We
are not liable for ANY damage the product will cause to ANY part of your vehicle.
2. Installing any products purchased may interfere with your insurance companies policy,
we do not take any responsibility for any insurance companies decision on your vehicle and your insurance policy.
3. Installing any products
purchased may not be street legal on any country, we are not liable for any legal liabilities for your vehicle in ANY ways including defects, accident caused by the products, public liabilities and anything not stated here. So
purchase and use the products at your own risks. |
